Pricing, Terms and Conditions
We have 4 'seasons'!
Low = January/February inclusive
Mid = March/April AND November/December inclusive
High = May/June AND September/October inclusive
Peak = July/August inclusive
Payment Terms
* Payment can be made by Bank transfer in either Euros or Sterling
* 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid a month prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to readvertise the property upon non-receipt of the final payment.
Deposits
* A refundable deposit of 100.00 pounds (€110.00) for loss/damage to the property is required - to be paid with the balance. This will be returned, subject to a property inspection, either upon departure - or within 2 weeks of your departure.
Maid Service
* A weekly cleaning/sheet-changing service can be provided by prior arrangement, at an extra cost of pounds 25.00 (€30.00) per week.
Travel Insurance
*We would recommend you have Travel Insurance, as our Insurance policy does not cover you for loss/damage to your personal possessions.
Winter/Long-term Rentals
* If you are interested in Winter or a longer rental period, please contact the owner for rates.
